These conditions establish the procedure for the remote sale of goods from the Mexican pharmacy chain, ordered through the website and/or mobile application, and regulate the relationship between the buyer and seller when selling goods and providing services in connection with such sale.
Basic concepts
Order is an electronic message from the Buyer about the intention to purchase the Product, with its subsequent delivery to the address specified by the Buyer. The order is considered placed from the moment the Seller receives a message about the Buyer’s intention to purchase the Product.
Internet site (Site) — an Internet site located on the Internet, where the Products offered by the Seller for purchase are presented, as well as the terms of payment and delivery of the Products to the Buyer and through an automated software package that transmits messages between the Buyer and the Seller about the intention to purchase the Product and the status of the Order accepted for execution.
Buyer is an individual, a user of the Internet site, who accepts these terms and conditions and intends to order or purchase, or who orders or purchases the Product solely for personal, family, household, and other needs not related to business activities.
Seller — any Mexican Pharmacy, assigned automatically depending on the delivery address specified by the Buyer.
Online purchasing is an easy and fast way to get medicines without leaving your home. All you need is just choose the necessary drugs, add them to the cart, and place an order when you’re ready.

Ordering goods via the Internet website is a remotely placed order for the sale of Goods. The order is formed from the Products in stock, presented on the Site, and available for delivery.
Product is any products presented as potentially available for order on the Site. The list of products posted on the Site as available for remote sale is presented for informational purposes. The Buyer can obtain information about the Seller’s actual ability to deliver the selected Product by creating and submitting a pre-order for verification. The Seller is the owner of the Product(s) being sold. All relationships related to the purchase and sale of Goods, and delivery services for which are purchased by the Buyer on the Site, arise directly between the Seller and the Buyer.
Pre-order — actions of the Buyer on the Site, consisting of familiarizing with the characteristics of the required Product, collecting the selected Product in the cart, and then sending a request about the possibility of delivery of this Product.
Delivery — Goods or a set of Goods formed and prepared based on the Order for transfer to the Buyer.
General Terms of Sale
1. The Seller carries out remote sale of Goods available in its retail outlets by processing Orders submitted by Buyers through the Site.
2. By ordering Goods, the Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions for the distance sale of Goods. In case of disagreement with this public offer, the Buyer must immediately stop using the service.
3. The Agreement comes into force (is considered concluded) from the moment the Buyer sends the Order, which must indicate:
a) address, surname, first name, contact telephone number of the Buyer, or the person indicated by him (recipient), email, and address to which the Goods should be delivered;
b) name, quantity, and price of the Goods;
c) other data at the request of the Seller.
4. The subject of this Agreement is the remote sale to the Buyer for personal, family, household, and other needs not related to business activities of Goods available in the Seller’s retail outlets and available for order.
5. Registration on the Site is mandatory to place an Order.
6. The photographs accompanying the Product are simple illustrations of it and may differ from the actual appearance of the Product. The descriptions of the medicines should not be used as indications for treatment and are used only for informative purposes. To clarify information on the Product, the Buyer must contact the support or call the hotline.
7. The sale of the Goods is made based on full prepayment. At the time of placing the Order, the Buyer pays for the cost of the Goods, as well as services for its delivery. Funds in the amount of the cost of the Goods, as well as services for its delivery, are blocked on the Buyer’s current account according to the specified details upon payment until the Order is confirmed by the Seller.
