Dr. Carlos Rivera, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Carlos holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Dr. Rivera has a lengthy, over 20 years of experience in this industry. He was invaluable in streamlining the advanced strategies of our online pharmacy service. Before he founded this organization, he worked in multiple leadership roles in both the research and development parts of the pharmaceutical industry.

Laura Hernandez, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Laura received her MBA from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. With extensive experience in financial planning and risk management, she contributes significantly to the operations of our pharmacy. Previously employed in various major financial institutions in Mexico, Mrs. Hernandez has been crucial in providing strategic financial insight for the growth and stability of the project.

Miguel Torres, Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Mr. Torres is an expert in the management of supply chains, backed by a degree from the Monterrey Institute of Technology. With over 15 years of logistical experience in the healthcare sector, he brings valuable input into the handling of operational processes, including the optimization of delivery and distribution of pharmaceutical products, ensuring their increased efficiency.

Sofia Álvarez, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Ms. Álvarez is a graduate of the University of Guadalajara with a degree in Computer Science. Her primary focus is the development of e-commerce platforms, where she specializes in making online shopping experiences more secure and user-friendly. Her contribution and insights have been critical in establishing this pharmacy’s robust and secure online presence.

Eduardo Vazquez, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Mr. Vazquez received his Marketing degree from the University of Iberoamericana. His vast knowledge and experience in digital marketing and e-commerce greatly helped in promoting the pharmacy’s services, as well as in expanding its client base. The advanced marketing strategies of Mr. Vazquez have substantially increased the visibility and customer engagement of this platform.

Ana Maria Lopez, Director of Pharmacy Services

Ms. Lopez is a certified pharmacist with a Master’s degree in Pharmacy Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California. With over 10 years of expertise in the management of pharmacies, she’s provided excellent service in overseeing the dispensing operations of our pharmacy, as well as in ensuring total regulative compliance and maintaining the utmost standards of pharmaceutical care.

Jorge Sánchez, Director of Human Resources

Our HR department upholds the same level of integrity as any other part of our organization. Mr. Sánchez is the head of this department, and he’s been instrumental in locating and acquiring talented employees that we can now cherish. His Master’s degree in HR Management from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla and an eye for talent enabled him to collect a strong, motivated, and highly professional team for our pharmacy.
