Pharmacist. The pharmacy network employs more than 800 pharmacists who help clients 24/7 in different formats: by phone, in online chat, and offline pharmacies. During the day, CC operators receive about 4,000 calls and 3,200 chat requests. Our support resolves any client issue as quickly as possible. After all, every client is important to us. We are a young, active, and friendly team, we are attentive to all employee requests and always help with complex issues. Our Contact Center has no geographical boundaries. Our employees can work from anywhere in the world where there is WiFi. Your tasks:

  • Working with customer orders at all stages;
  • Consulting clients on drugs and selection of analogs;
  • Placing orders with clients;
  • Incoming and outgoing calls;
